Ombudsman Office for Offenders

The office can be contacted by phone, letter or email. Office personnel also visits prisons.

In addition to individual case work, the Ombudsman Office does advocacy work.

The services are funded by the Finland’s Slot Machine Association so they are free for the clients. The office is based in Helsinki but works nationwide.
